Our Fleet
The Tropper Mobile Mills used by Green Circle Feeds are capable of producing up to 15 tonnes of finished feed per hour.
Through precise calibration, regular maintenance, and strict adherence to industry quality standards, we ensure consistently high-quality feed production on every farm visit.
Layers
Mobile milling enables Green Circle Feeds to produce a high-quality layers mash on farm. It is formulated with a combination of essential ingredients such as wheat, barley, soya, sunflower, limestone, soya oil, and minerals.
Pigs
Green Circle Feeds can provide minerals and vitamins to accompany producers own grains such as wheat, barley, soya, and soya oil. The Mobile Mills arrive on farm and produce the finished feed as and when required.
Sheep
The capability of Green Circle Feeds to mill a variety of sheep feeds, from Ewes to Lambs, through its mobile milling represents a tailored solution for sheep producers.
Beef Cattle
The flexibility of our Mobile Mills and the experience of our operators allow our beef customers to feed low-cost quality rations. These vary from high protein blends to rolled barley/molasses mixes.
Dairy Cows
With the price of raw materials and availability constantly changing it is important to be able to adapt rations quickly to reduce costs and maximise yields. We can make a complete blend on farm using molasses and minerals to suit a variety of dairy systems, or we can mill / roll cereals that can be added to mixer wagons.
Grain Treatment
We are able to process and treat new crop cereal with no farm labor or equipment required. We can supply mold inhibitor and Alpha Grain urea treatment adds for livestock farmers.
